Top Billin Presents Koobra

Time for another release in Top Billin's ‘Nightrunners’ series, and it’s one monster EP. The Top Billin guys are definitely not genre-stuck. With their roots deep in house, hip hop, dancehall, boogie and even rock, Top Billin likes to keep their music up-to-date and cutting-edge, both in the shows they play and the records they put out.

This time we feature Koobra, the other half of Helsinki 78-82 and a long-time Top Billin associate. He brings us a 'big city house’ feel with his solo EP. Make sure to check it out, some dope, old-school feel, house bleeps here.

Top Billin has been all over the map with his excellent Acid House remixes of everyone from Eddie Murphy to Scott McKenzie. Today however, we have something interesting. A remix of Rob Threezy that sounds like it came straight from Laidback Luke's essential mix.

This little bleep has a funny story attached to it. Apparently this remix was supposed to be featured on Threezy's latest EP, 'Let's Go Ravers,', but Top Billin's computer crashed. So they missed their deadline. Luckily for us, they found a demo on an external hard drive, and have decided to share with their friends for free. We here at Sweet Little Bleeps feel fortunate to be friends with the great producers of Top Billin.
